We are pleased to announce that Cables Especiales de Fibra S.L.U., a Cunext Group company, has reached an agreement to acquire and integrate the productive unit of OPTRAL, marking the beginning of a new stage of growth for the company.

This transaction strengthens the quality, competitiveness, and stability of the OPTRAL brand, a company with more than 35 years of experience in the design and manufacture of high-performance fibre optic cables. OPTRAL will retain its identity, its team, and its commitment to excellence, now supported by an even more robust industrial structure.

It is present in key sectors such as energy transmission, telecommunications, automotive, railway, and renewable energy. Cables Especiales de Fibra S.L.U., as a company of Cunext Group, from December 1st 2025 manage all deliveries, including orders currently in progress, ensuring continuity and full operational normality.
